Lavinia Fernandez has been serving with Global Outreach Developments International since 2008. She holds a double major in Missiology and Biblical Studies at the Institute for Global Outreach Developments International.  Currently, Lavy is pursuing her law degree from the University of Central America in San Salvador, El Salvador while working as an Administrative Assistant for the Office of the President at Global Outreach Developments International.

Lavinia, a native Salvadoran, serves with the Latin America regional team currently based in Cuscatlan, El Salvador. Lavy currently hold English classes free of charge for local youth in the area, as well as weekly bible studies. Lavy also teaches Intro to Old Testament class and English classes to our cooperative and Salvadoran interns on our campus.  While on the field, she functions as an interpreter and cultural liaison.
