Sarah moved from Minnesota to Tennessee to become a part of G.O.D. International in 2005. She completed her missiology degree and is currently enrolled in the Childbirth Education program at the Institute (2014). Sarah is working towards her certifications as a doula and a prenatal yoga instructor to help her specialize in maternal care and wellness. Her desires are to work in South East Asia in the field of maternal care, utilizing her compassion and education in nutrition and wellness to improve the wellbeing of women and children.
Since 2006, she has been actively involved in running the Nyumba kitchen, assisting in foodservice and catering for the organization. Sarah has also co-taught the Nutrition and Wellness class at The Institute for G.O.D. International.
